We’re committed to offering authentic footwear at fair prices. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the policy below.
Online Returns
You may return online orders within 14 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method, provided the following conditions are met:
- Items must be unworn, with all labels attached
- Footwear must be returned in the original, undamaged box, double-boxed for protection during transit
All returns are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to refuse any item that does not meet these conditions.
How to Return or Exchange
Initiate your return within 24 hours of receiving your order via our contact us page:
- Once approved, ship the item back using registered and insured post
- Refunds are processed within 10–14 working days after we receive your return
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Exchanges are free—just complete the form accordingly.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for worn items.
To prevent abuse, we reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges from specific customers.
