Shipping
We process and ship all orders from Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Standard delivery orders are dispatched the same business day if placed by 4:00 PM, while Express delivery orders (Tracked 24 or Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1:00 PM) are dispatched the same day if placed by 12:00 PM.
Returns
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unworn, in original condition, with all tags attached, and returned in their original sneaker box inside a protective outer box. Sale or promotional items are only eligible for store credit. Pre-loved items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 10 to 14 working days to the original payment method.
